Dr. Alexander Marcus is a board certified pediatrician who joined Advocare Sinatra and Peng in 2024.  He grew up in Rochester, NY and practiced primary care pediatrics in Pittsburgh, Boston and Central NJ.  He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Cornell University and then his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine.  He completed his pediatric residency at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.  He has worked in private practice since 2000.  He is married and has one daughter.  He enjoys hiking, tennis and traveling.
